These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Knowbita platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Knowbita provides a multi-tenant SaaS CRM for real estate lead capture, assignment, follow-up and reporting, including optional integrations with Facebook / Meta Lead Ads. Each Customer receives an isolated workspace.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for lawful lead-management purposes and with consent from the individuals whose data you upload or capture.
- Do not attempt to access another tenant's data, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies when using the Facebook integration.
4. Customer data & ownership
You retain ownership of the lead and customer data you capture. You grant Knowbita a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party integrations
Integrations such as Facebook / Meta Lead Ads are provided by third parties under their own terms. You are responsible for maintaining the necessary permissions and for the accuracy of the data you sync. Knowbita is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or availability.
6. Availability & support
We aim to provide reliable, continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may cause downtime.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knowbita is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, tenant data is deleted per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will post changes on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
